Ingredients

  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 2 cups kale (organic), loosely packed
  • 1-1/2 cups green tea (home brewed…no sweeteners added)
  • 6 ice cubes


Directions

Blend all ingredients together on low speed, with a mixer or blender until smooth.
